Grass-Fed and Grass-Finished Beef

Broth is high fat. Unless beef broth is made with grass-fed bones with properly balanced fats, it's not a healthy broth. If your broth is made from feedlot cattle, then the broth is like corn oil. Our beef broth is zero glycemic, nutrient dense, and has a healthy balance of essential fatty acids. Ingredients: Grass-Fed Beef Bones, water, sea salt, apple cider vinegar. Thawed broth is at its best for one week in the refrigerator. Unless it's going to be used up soon after thawing, instead of just refrigerating the leftovers, refreeze it for best long-term storage.
