Grass-Fed and Grass-Finished Beef

Beef tongue is the tongue of a cow. It is very high in fat which makes it super nutritious when it comes from a grass-fed animal. Tongue is often seasoned with onion and other spices, and then placed in a pot to boil. After it has cooked the skin is removed.
