This nutritious "primal" mix is made with 85/15 ground beef (95%) and a mixture of organ meats (5%). This product can be eaten daily to get some of the important nutrients that are in the organs without overdoing the organs. It may be used in a variety of recipes and cooking methods such as broiling, panbroiling, panfrying, roasting, and baking. Contains 5% of the following organ mix: liver, tongue, heart, spleen, and kidney. U.S. raised grass-fed beef.
